With it’s strawberry sweetness, subtle lemon undertones, coupled with the kick of tequila, this week’s cocktail is a favorite amongst the fairer sex.

2 oz gold tequila

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz strawberry syrup

3 oz strawberry puree

2 oz soda water

Blend briefly with three-quarters glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass, then add the soda water. Serve with straws and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sugar-dipped strawberry.

Please do make sure to drink in moderation, and never drive after drinking
